our thanks

Kent Mobility would like to thank all our customers for their kind words and support.

We are pleased to have been able to help many people over the years and continue to do so everyday.

Sevenoaks Powerchair Football Club

Powerchair football is an adapted version of football played by people with a physical disability who uses a powerchair. Powerchairs are fitted with barriers to attack, defend and spin kick a 13 inch football.

Sevenoaks PFC team originated from Valence School in Westerham in 2003/2004. In 2012 the school took steps to separate the competitive school team to a community team enabling other disabled people the opportunity to take part. The team currently plays in the Wheelchair Football Associations National League and the South East Regional Powerchair Football League.

Kent Mobility are the teams official kit sponsor and are the main South East agents for supplying, servicing and maintaining the Invacare Football Powerchairs.

Mary and Amanda

Thank you for the continued excellent service over the years to John and Team, as we are about to choose our daughters’ next wheelchair, we appreciate your friendly help and knowledgeable advice in selecting the right chair for her needs

Peter Rawlins

Just wanted to express my thanks to Claire in your showroom for her friendly advice and expert assistance to me this afternoon, as well as to Peter and Kevin for their prompt and responsive assistance with my powered wheelchair issues in your workshop this morning.  Great customer service all round.

Colin Slow

I found out about Kent Mobility by searching the internet for local mobility suppliers with a showroom where I could try out different wheelchairs.

As expected there was a wide range of wheelchairs to try and a very helpful assistant to offer advice.

I opted for the Progeo Joker because it immediately felt so much better than any wheelchair I’ve ever used. I have been a wheelchair user for over 40 years so I know what feels good.

The best thing about my new chair is that it is so well made. It’s very light, very manoeuvrable, silent and smooth running. Looks great too with striking lime green wheel rims.

All in all, I am completely happy with the service I received from Kent Mobility. The chair had to come all the way from Italy but arrived in just a few days. There were a couple of small issues which were sorted out with no fuss whatsoever. I can thoroughly recommend both Kent Mobility and the Progeo Joker.

I was hoping to provide some positive feedback and thanks to Steve who attended a client’s property for a joint visit a few weeks ago.

Steve was professional, caring and knowledgeable during this visit. He took time to understand the clients needs and build rapport. Quote was provided promptly and although we will not be pursuing sling at this stage due to clients current function I wanted to acknowledge how appreciated Steve’s manner was.

Just wanted to have a chance to say thank you for considerate service, when brought a friend who had a recent diagnosis and was lost as what she needed now and for the future.

Kate who served us was caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and quickly made my friend feel in control of her choices – a great skill set. Many thanks Kate.

Mr E

I have no doubt that your considerable efforts on my behalf led to such a happy result for me. I am so grateful.

Your company quite rightly prides itself on the high quality of its customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Kent Mobility without reservation.

Steve Brown

Despite an accident in 2005, Steve Brown has an extraordinary sporting career that has changed his life forever. His spinal cord injury meant he was never to walk again but after lifesaving operations and months in hospital, Steve got involved in wheelchair rugby.

After working incredibly hard he narrowly missed out on a place in Beijing 2008 but with his continuous hard work he was rewarded with the Captaincy of London 2012.

Along side sport Steve also works as a Speaker, TV Presenter on Sky Sports and as an Athlete Mentor, helping people realise and reach their potential.

After discussions and meetings with Steve, Kent Mobility were able to supplier his everyday chair as lightweight and minimal, exactly as Steve wanted it. The Quickie Helium was given to Steve as part as a sponsorship package.

Susi Rogers-Hartley

Back in 1998 Susi was in the Navy. On a training session a tragic accident left her paralysed from the waist down. After doctors and nurses told her she would never be able to take up her lifetime hobby of horse riding again. Susi was spurred on to defy them and get back in the saddle. As a keen horse rider, Susi started her journey as a Para rider. A recent success in winning the championship at Hickstead suggest big things for the future for Susi and her horse Seamus. After discussions and meeting Susi, Kent Mobility were able to specifically adapt the Salsa powerchair to meet her very individual requirements. It allows her not only to mount her horse independently but also load, tack-up and clip Seamus, giving her the freedom she needs. The Salsa powerchair was given to Susi as part of a sponsorship package.
