Returns and Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product purchased from Kent Mobility Limited then you have 28 working days to do so. All returns for credit must be previously agreed in writing. This may not include specially made items or personal hygiene products. A restocking charge of 20% of the value of goods will be charged in most cases.

It will be the customers responsibility to return the goods at their expense within 10 working days. The returned goods must be in the original packaging, clean and unused. If you have received a gift with the product that must also be returned.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
